We want you to be happy with your purchase and experience. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us at customercare@lit-essentials.com to start a return, exchange, or class cancellation. See our full policies below.
Product Returns & Exchanges
We have a 90-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a free return, your item must be defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item.

You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if there are any issues, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Keep in mind, shipping charges are often not refundable. We cannot accept returns without prior authorization through Customer Care.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If you paid with a gift card, your refund will be issued as a gift card.

Items purchased online or by phone* may also be returned in-store with a receipt.

If you do not have your receipt, we will gladly offer an exchange.

Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store

Items purchased online and picked up in-store may be returned with a receipt in-store or through Customer Care.

Retail Store Purchases

Purchases with Home Delivery

Wrong Item Shipped
If we shipped the wrong item, please contact Customer Care. If the correct item is in stock, we will ship it at no additional cost. If unavailable, discontinued, or seasonal, we will issue a refund.
Class Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that schedules can change. Our policy for Aromatherapy Classes held at our store location is as follows:

Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking (unless the class takes place within that same 24-hour window) are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made after 24 hours of booking will receive a gift card for the full price paid. Gift cards can be used to rebook a future class or applied toward products in-store or online.
