At LIT Essentials, we take care in preparing and shipping each order so it arrives safely and thoughtfully to you.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high‑volume periods, new product launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We currently ship orders within the United States.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are calculated from the shipment date—not the order date. Delivery times may vary based on carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method. Any applicable shipping promotions will be reflected automatically.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please double‑check your shipping address before completing your purchase. LIT Essentials is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or if an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos, if applicable. We’ll review the issue and work with you to make it right.
In‑Store Pickup (If Applicable)
If you selected local or in‑store pickup, you’ll receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.
