Community Yoga is a free, live virtual class open to all, offered weekly as a space to move, breathe, and reconnect — together.

Join us every Sunday morning for an intentional, all-levels flow designed to help you reset and ease into the week ahead. Each class blends mindful movement, breath awareness, and simple strength-building to support both the body and nervous system. Options are always offered, making this practice accessible whether you’re brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner.

To help create a connected and supportive virtual experience, we highly encourage participants to join with cameras on when possible. We also suggest hopping on 5–10 minutes early to test your microphone and check your setup. For the best experience, try to position a light source in front of you (rather than behind) so the teacher can see you clearly and offer better guidance and support.

This class is about community, presence, and shared energy — not perfection. Come as you are, move in a way that feels good in your body, and start your Sunday feeling grounded and supported.

  • Where: Live on Zoom and led by Johntay 

  • Cost: Free

  • Format: All-levels flow (modifications and options always offered)

  • What you’ll need: Yoga mat and a quiet space; optional props like blocks or a blanket

After registering, you’ll receive a Zoom link via email prior to class.
