Instructions for use: Shake well before each use. Close eyes, spritz 3-5 times above your head. Breathe Deeply. Also try on pillows or in a steamy shower for aromatherapy.

Ingredients: Filtered water, 190 proof natural grain alcohol, 100% pure, therapeutic grade essential oils: Lavender, juniper berry, sandalwood and other essential oils.
