What to expect:
• Aromatherapy Essentials: Start the evening with a personalized aromatherapy roll-on tutorial from LIT Essentials, and leave with your choice of Roll On. We'll have Resurge & Refresh for energy, Breathe Easy for calm and respiratory support, and Soothe & Restore for revitalization and easing sore aches and pain.
• Grounding Yoga Flow: Roll out your mat and immerse yourself in a 45-minute, accessible and beginner-friendly yoga practice led by Missy from Justflo Wellness. This session includes guided meditation and movement designed to leave you feeling centered and refreshed.
• Handcrafted Juices: Sip on revitalizing, locally-sourced juices, the perfect complement to your wellness experience.

Location: Class is located in building A at The Beacon, just a few steps away from our shop! The address is 1039 Grant ST SE, Suite A-24, Atlanta, GA 30315.
Parking: Convenient parking is available in the lot directly outside of the space and not far from Atlanta Ink. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to find your spot and get settled in.
What to Wear: Come as you are! Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable, whether that’s your favorite yoga gear or something more casual.What to Bring: Don’t forget to bring water to stay hydrated, a yoga mat, and any props you like to use during your practice (like blocks or a blanket).
