Quiet the mind and ease everyday tension with this gentle, grounding aromatherapy mist. A calming blend of clary sage and bright bergamot helps reduce mental chatter and support a peaceful, centered state.

How to Use:
Shake well before each use. Close eyes and mist 3–5 sprays above your head, then inhale slowly and deeply. May also be used on pillows or enjoyed in a steamy shower for an elevated aromatherapy experience.

Ingredients:
Natural grain alcohol, filtered water, clary sage (Salvia sclarea), bergamot (Citrus bergamia), geranium (Pelargonium graveolens), lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), and frankincense (Boswellia carterii), and other 100% pure essential oils.

I gave this spray to my niece for a pre-surgery gift to help keep her calm. Even though it didn’t get to her before the surgery, she said she sprayed it all around her when she got home from the hospital and it was very comforting. She has been using it every couple of hours since and says it’s very therapeutic. She also said that she can tell it’s very high quality and that it’s her new favorite!!!! It makes me feel good that it’s helping her since I can’t be there to comfort her in person right now. I’ll have to get her some more soon! 💖

Talking about BE CALM…….this is the definition of calm. I spray it on my pillows, in my shower, I mist a bit in the air and let it sprinkle over me. I find that this calms me and makes me fix my mind on peace and tranquility. The formula is not overbearing. It’s just enough. It is worth the investment. There’s nothing else out there that can match it. I am a Be Calm fanatic.
