Porridge Soap

A celebration of Jamaican culture, Porridge Soap is inspired by the hearty breakfast dish cherished by generations. Created by Alexis, our talented team member, this soap brings the richness of her Jamaican heritage to life. Crafted with shea butter, coconut oil, and castor oil, its base is enhanced by coconut milk, steamed carrots, coarsely ground cornmeal, and an infusion of hibiscus oil for a silky yet exfoliating cleanse.

Essential oils of cinnamon and nutmeg add a subtle, comforting fragrance, while colloidal oatmeal and oats help soothe and soften the skin. Ground cornmeal provides gentle exfoliation, making Porridge Soap a perfect balance of tradition and functionality. Topped with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon, this soap is a fragrant and nourishing nod to the vibrant diversity of the African Diaspora.

Ingredients: Saponified shea butter, coconut oil and castor oil; coconut milk, carrot puree (steamed carrots, coconut milk, coarsely ground cornmeal, hibiscus oil infusion, cinnamon essential oil, nutmeg essential oil, vanilla extract, colloidal oatmeal), rolled oats and ground cinnamon to garnish.
